- App usage information – if you choose to turn this on, it stays only on your device.
3. How We Keep Your Data Safe
We use special protections so that your data stays private:
- We cannot see your data. Everything is locked before it leaves your device.
- Only you have the keys. Even if someone asked us for it, we could not unlock it.
- It stays on your device. Unless you choose to back it up, your data never leaves your phone.

By default, your data stays with you. But if you want, you can:
- Sync appointments with your doctor or healthcare provider.
- Share your health information with someone you trust.
- Back up your data to the cloud (still safely locked).
We never share your data with advertisers, marketers, or anyone else without your clear permission.

You can manage your information any time in the app:
- View or Edit – see and update your details.
- Delete – remove your data from your device and backups.
- Save a Copy – download your data in a safe format.
- Turn Off Tracking – if you don’t want usage data saved, you can switch it off.

We use the strongest protections available, including:
- Locked and private data (encryption).
- Secure sign-in with PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.
- No one on our team can see your data.
- We follow laws that protect your information (like HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA).
